5 Bedroom House in Kiska Beach, Panama City Beach
Beach Please! We are very proud to share our newly furnished Townhouse with you. Just 150 steps to the sand and directly across from beach access point "90" where there is no public parking and no high rise condos makes the beach feel private. We share a private pool that is heated with 7 private townhouses. Sunnyside sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and has some of the most amazing sunsets!
Our Townhouse is one of seven on the property. Being 2700 square feet, this Townhouse grants a beautiful and comfortable living space. There are 3 floors, all of which are beautifully furnished and features laminate and tile flooring. The pool is only used by the seven Townhouses on the property. Beach access point 90 is less than 50 steps from the pool gate. We have parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
Some of the highlights of the Townhouse include gulf views from the 2nd story balcony (living room and kitchen area) and the 3rd floor Master Bedroom. All 5 bedrooms and living room have new Smart TVs for streaming on our high speed Wi-Fi. 12 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach toys, and a beach wagon are in the garage for use. We also have a pack-n-play, high chair, and 2 baby gates at the townhouse.
1st Floor:
The 1st floor features a Queen Bedroom that has a 1/2 kitchen, an additional sofa with a queen sleeper (memory foam mattress), and a full bathroom. This floor also provides access to the garage, back porch, and the pool area. There are no stairs required on the 1st floor.
2nd Floor:
The 2nd floor features a formal living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a 1/2 bathroom. The living/dining area features a 55" Smart TV for everyone's enjoyment. The porch off of the living room allows for wonderful views of the gulf of Mexico. This floor also has a very spacious king bedroom with full bathroom, very large walk in closet, and a flat screen TV.
3rd Floor:
The 3rd floor features a very spacious Master bedroom that hosts a private balcony that provides amazing views of the gulf. The large master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. The master also has a flat screen tv and closet. This floor also has another king bedroom that features a flat screen TV and closet (additional closet space just outside the bedroom door). The last bedroom on this floor is the bunkroom that features 2 triple bunks for a total of 6 twin beds. This room also features a closet and flat screen TV. And lastly, there is a full bathroom on this floor adjacent to the king bedroom.
This Townhouse also features a large backyard for grilling or throwing the frisbee out by the pool. There is an outdoor shower beside the pool for cleaning off when you come back from the beach. There is also a pool heater for some of the cooler months of the year.
Pier Park Mall, grocery stores, Sunnyside Grill, 30A, and numerous restaurants are close by!
