All three bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs. The oversized verandah is complete with a large sectional, outdoor fans and romantic lighting. The expansive pool deck, accented by comfortable chaise loungers and umbrellas, is the perfect way to enjoy the Caribbean sun. True to the name Beach Daze, this vacation rental gem is located in Leeward, the upscale, gated (with CCTV and security guards), beach community in Grace Bay, and at the edge of Grace Bay’s restaurant and shopping district. For your comfort, the Villa is fully walled and fenced, gated, and monitored by an on-island security team as well as fitted with a house alarm system, exterior only video cameras, and automatic outdoor lighting.
There are two separate central air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, one for the primary suite and a second for other areas; uniquely, this includes AC directly into the bathrooms as well. Beach Daze gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind as well.
