The LOWER FLOOR (62sq.m) is the living area, containing the following:

LOWER FRONT TERRACE is secluded and perfect for sunbathing. The views of the sea and cliffs are amazing, making this the perfect place to eat 'al fresco' or have a quiet drink while watching the spectacular sunsets. There is a table with 5 chairs and 2 sunbeds.

The UPPER FLOOR (58sq.m) has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room with toilet, front and rear terraces
The FRONT BEDROOM is large and contains a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, dressing table with mirror, hair-dryer, ceiling fan, tower fan and a safe for storing valuables.
The UPPER FRONT TERRACE opens from the front bedroom and has an amazing panoramic view of the cliffs, the sea, the harbour and the adjacent islands. There is a table with 2 chairs for morning coffee or evening sundowners and 2 sunbeds. It is also secluded for sunbathing.
The BACK BEDROOM is very large and contains 2 single beds, ceiling fan and a sofa. There is ample storage provided with 2 bedside tables, 2 sets of drawers and a large wardrobe. Patio doors lead out to the UPPER REAR terrace, where there is a table, 2 chairs and a kettle BBQ.
The BATHROOM is fully-fitted with a shower over the bath and a toilet.
The SHOWER ROOM is fully-fitted and has a shower cubicle and a toilet. Including the lower cloakroom, there are 3 toilets in total.
