Our pool is not heated. maintenance work will be taking place from january 12, 2026, to february 9, 2026, at the latest, and the pool will not be open for use. the jacuzzi will most likely be available during this time, option 'breakfast' is in low season based on availability. if breakfast is not available, the paid costs for breakfast will be refunded. clean towels 3 times a week and after 1 week's stay the bed linen is changed (no intermediate cleaning in the apartment).please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
