One of a kind panoramic penthouse located at the heart of the Las Vegas Blvd strip on the 52nd floor of Vdara with 270° surround views! This sky-high 1BD/1.5BA condo gives you breathtaking views of the Strip, Bellagio Fountain, CityCenter , and the scenic Nevada mountains!
This unit is not available through Vdara as there are only 6 of this kind in the entire hotel and this one is the biggest sitting on 920 sq ft. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenware is available upon request from the front desk any time during your stay.
Also, even though my pricing is already very competitive, I will still BEAT any price by 5% from a legitimate source with sufficient proof for a room at Vdara equivalent or higher than Panoramic suite.

Check In Process:
The check in process works just like if you were to book through the hotel or other sources. Once the booking is complete and payment is cleared, you will receive a reservation number. When you arrive to the hotel you will need to present any major credit card, an ID as well as the reservation number you will be provided with by me. Check in time is 3PM and check out is 11AM. Early check ins and late check outs are allowed, but only if there is no other guests checking in or out around the dates of your visit.
Bed arrangement:
The unit sleeps 4 people + there is a rollaway bed available from the hotel making it total 5. There is a King bed in the bedroom which sleeps 2 and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 more comfortably. Vdara offers rollaway beds. I use to be able to reserve them for my guests but I can no longer do that. As a hotel guest you may call the hotel the day before check or on the day of check in and ask them to put one in the room for you before you check in. This always works and we have not had any issues lately. They have plenty of them and only on the big holidays is when they have a chance of running out.
By booking through me you will have access to all the hotel amenities such as pool, fitness center as well as access to free valet parking. Kitchen utensils are available upon request. We do not keep them in the room at all times due to instances where guests just end up losing them or just taking them when check out.
Recently there has been a trend of hotels adding daily parking fee on per night basis. Vdara jumped onboard and currently charges $15/night. By booking through me you will NOT be charged this fee as privately owned units are excluded from this new policy.
