My newly renovated basement has tons of natural lighting. Two bedrooms with enought beds to accommodate 4 people. An eating area with tons of room that opens to the living room area where there is a cozy, warm gas fireplace and tv. The brand new bathroom has an extra large, walk-in shower with a bench for people with disabilities. In the kitchen, you can prepare your own meals! This space has your own separate entrance to come and go as you please! Only one spot available for parking.

Also minutes to hwy 400, the Go station, great schools, beautiful lakefronts and beaches, and a public pier! Close to various commercial establishments such as Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, restaurants, and the National Pine Golf Club. Extremely close to downtown Barrie and the beautiful waterfront.
