Large backyard lawn for summer games which is rare so close to the water. Listen to the famous musical fountain nightly from the deck (and maybe even catch a glimpse). Just a few blocks to the local YMCA with pickleball courts, tennis courts, skate park, playground, etc. There is a Weber gas grill for your use to have a family barbecue and the upper deck and lower patio each have dining tables with umbrellas and Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the sun. The home is freshly decorated with clean furnishings and bedding. Open kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need for cooking and dining.
