The Space:
Filled with natural light and earth-toned materials and colours, the house is a unique design situated in a leafy, sought-after neighborhood.
It features a white spiral staircase, lit by a circular skylight that leads upstairs to the master bedroom with balcony, and Italian tile and marble bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a spider marble sink, ceramic tiles and also includes a large bath with private views out over the neighborhood.
The kitchen features a shaped marble breakfast table, a great space for small gatherings. A Smeg induction oven, stovetop and fridge kitchen ensures effortless entertaining and easy flow between cooking areas and private courtyard. The large glass and wood windows in the kitchen open upwards to the sky, a unique custom design that brings in large amounts of natural light and flow of air during the day.
The pebbled courtyard features an outdoor shower, which leads into the back studio/second bedroom with queen-sized bed and second bathroom.
Insertions of natural stone, wood, hand-rendered walls and a warm, soft materiality are layered throughout the house upon a mostly raw, honest palette of materials.

Our place is centrally located in a leafy, much-sought-after East Redfern cul-de-sac. A well-kept playground with BBQ is at the end of the street, which makes it a very family friendly, community-driven and warm neighborhood.
1 min walk to some of Sydney’s best neighborhood cafes, restaurants, pubs. 5 min walk to Crown street, Surry Hills, which is known for its restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
2 min walk to the beautiful Moore Mark, which joins Centennial Park and the Entertainment Quarter.
Getting Around:
We’re around the corner from many bus stops and close proximity to Surry Hills light rail station, which leads to all major Train stations in the City. Street parking available at the front of the house and within surrounding streets.
