15 min from Palm Beach International Airport and Downtown West Palm Beach.
The space
TRUE TO THE PICTURES, recently remodeled, with new furniture, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is designed with your comfort in mind. Large, comfortable living room with 55" smart TV Fast WI-FI, Kitchen with all the essentials, bedrooms with 2 more tv's, new beds with all white linens, white comforters and reading lights, 2 BACK AND FOOT MASSAGE CHAIRS, and games for the whole family.
Big back yard, fully fenced, with hammock and 2 tree swings, dinning table, BBQ grill and fire pit.
A separate, attached private suite is also available for rent. This separate, private suite has it's own entrance and DOES NOT have access to the house, it's amenities or the fenced back yard. As a separate listing, the suite has also its own designated parking area.
ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels and linens, INCLUDING COMFORTERS, in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

If I could give 10 stars for communication and care for host, Panos, I would. He is perhaps the most attentive host I have ever dealt with. The house was perfect for our needs. Absolutely perfect. Comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels, and amenities as seen in pictures and as described ( it took us a minute to figure it that the dishes on the table were, in fact, the dishes to use and. It just decoration haha). We even had a chance to use the hot tub and the massage chairs. What a treat that was. There is also a very nice and large washer and dryer in an adjoining room should you need it. Some detergent was available too (for 2-3 loads).
The house is on top of a sloped driveway, but this was not issue for us (and it rained so much during our stay that we appreciated not having to trudge through puddles to get to the car).
The location is close to all. You can’t beat it. Panos put the word “super” into “superhost.” Thank you!

The towels and linens were fresh, crisp and clean. The beds were comfortable. No trouble sleeping. Your home is right in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens and central to everything. What a great space Panos has prepared to share with others! Great location, true to pics, clean, spacious and comfy! We felt right at home as the beds and furniture were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill was great to have to grill our nightly meals on. Everyone enjoyed the many extras too like a hot tub, massage chairs and hammock chairs!! Perfect for a quick winter trip to Florida for soccer! We will definitely stay here again next time and recommend to all! Thanks Panos!!!!

Location, location, location equals excellence with shopping, restaurants and even i95 very nearby.
Very clean, neat and well organized with amenities; inside was well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the linens along with the towels had a nice fragrance.
The kitchen was well furnished.
The street was very peaceful at night.
The host is excellent with quick responses to emails. He goes way beyond what most hosts would-- to the point where he was able to provide my 90 year old mother with a shower chair.
Definitely has all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back when in the area.
