This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 story home has plenty of parking and offers a relaxing getaway accessing the best of Port Fairy.
Once inside the large hallway, you will find the master bedroom to your right. This generously proportioned bedroom comes with a king bed, walk in robes, his and hers sinks as well as a ensuite with large corner spa, separate shower and toilet.
The downstairs living space offers a separate seated area with large screen TV and seating for 3, perfect little hideaway for the kids or if you want some peace and quiet from the family. Off the living space you can access the secure and enclosed entertaining area, fully decked with large outdoor table and BBQ.
The lower level offers 2 additional bedrooms. Both spacious rooms come with 2 singles each (can be converted to super-king beds on request) and built in robes. There is a separate powder room with toilet. The downstairs laundry comes with a washing machine and second shower and outside you will find a clothes line for your use.
Upstairs you will find the open plan living and kitchen area and another powder room with toilet. The kitchen boasts a double door fridge, double oven, dishwasher and large wood island bench meaning plenty of counter space. There is a second small sitting area, ceiling fan and split system as well as dining room table with seating for 10. From the kitchen head outside to your outdoor entertaining area, complete with table and seats overlooking the Moyne River. The main living room upstairs also has a large screen TV, ceiling fan and plenty of seating.
