Frisch in 2021 geschmackvoll sanierte Villa mit einer Fläche von 200 qm, ideal für maximal 12 Personen ( zB 9 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) mit großem Privatpool zur Eigennutzung inmitten eines wunderschön angelegten Gartens von 1300 qm.
Es erwarten Sie insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen, die mit einem ( abschließbaren) Treppenhaus verbunden sind. Vier davon mit einem Queensize Bett, 1 Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten und 1 Schafcouch in einem weiteren Zimmer mit direktem Gartenzugang. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick oder Gartenblick. 2 Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben ein En- Suite Badezimmer.
Die Villa ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine ( Extra Waschraum im EG), pro Etage einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und Geschirrspüler. Flottes WiFi und TV sind vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt über eine reversible Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern auf beiden Etagen.
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Deckenhöhe von 2,10 m.
Mehrere private Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem eingefriedeten Grundstück. Im Garten befindet sich ein Booling Platz, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein großes Trampolin.
