The unit is located above the two outdoor community hot tubs and has beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The building is accessed through the garage or a second-floor exterior entry. Interior hallways lead to the main entry of the condo on the third floor. The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats six, plus 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 32-inch TV with cable, and a stereo system. From the living area, you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two community hot tubs.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a balcony with mountain views, a spacious double closet, a 21-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk, another twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a balcony, and a walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms share the full-size hall bath. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double-door closet. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located, and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.
