Built in 1960 and remodeled in 2009 this beautiful 4 bedroom home is located on the southeast shore of Lake Ann (great sunsets!) in beautiful Benzie County, MI. This sprawling home has plenty of room with over 3000 square feet of space. It can easily accommodate two families. This home has two (yes, two) full kitchens, a great room and one natural gas fireplace and an additional free standing natural gas heater fireplace.
The home has 2 wings with a large great room in the center. There is living space and kitchen/dining space in each wing. The main wing has a master bedroom which features a king bed and full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 also has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom, with a full bath, is in the walk out level of the lakeside wing. Also, a trundle bed is available in the lower level walkout family room.
Lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view! A large utility room complete with washer and dryer is on the main floor. Air conditioning was added to the South Wing living area and master bedroom.
Looking to move outside? You'll have plenty of space with multiple decks covering over 1000 square feet, or move to the shared beach/firepit areas at the waters edge. The kids will enjoy the shallow swimming area adjacent to the boat docks. Water depth of this swimming area is 1ft - 5ft. Don't want to track in sand from the beach? Try our fully-enclosed outdoor shower.
Lake Ann is an all sports lake with no horsepower restrictions. Water skiing , tubing, and fishing are popular activities on Lake Ann. Did we mention the nesting eagles that live on Lake Ann?
