Welcome to Little Blue, our cozy brick cottage nestled on the peaceful Warrington Peninsula just west of downtown. Little Blue is updated with all the modern comforts of home. 6 min to downtown, 10 min to the NAS & Corry Station, 20 min to Pensacola & Perdido Key Beaches.

Our cottage has just undergone a big makeover and has been given all new finishes throughout. It includes three bedrooms and two newly remodeled bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people (if you’re willing to share the bathrooms!). The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together if need be. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom. The foldout couch in the living room offers extra sleeping space if needed and has its own blankets, pillows and sheets in the hall closet. (We’ll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!)
When you walk in the door you will be greeted by a bright, airy, open living space with a mid-century modern design. The spacious layout of the living area makes for the perfect hangout spot for the whole gang to cook, eat, and watch your favorite shows or play games around the coffee table.
The coffee station is fully stocked with a new Keurig machine, K-cups, tea, creamer (& sugar in the pantry), and also has a mixology set! The nook just before the hallway is a great workspace for those needing to get some work done while on the road!
The backdoor opens up to a beautiful, covered patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, read your favorite book or take a quick nap in the warm Florida breeze. The backyard is fully fenced for the kiddos to run around and play while you watch from the shade.
In the kitchen, you will find our new, custom built cabinets stocked with all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you will need to cook yourself a meal from scratch!
The laundry room has a brand new washer & dryer that guests are free to use. Guests will also find an iron, and a few household cleaning supplies that you might need for your stay. The linen closet in the hall will have a few extra sheets and towels should they be needed.
Little Blue is the perfect cottage for a family or a group of friends coming to explore downtown Pensacola or visit our service members stationed at NAS. Also perfect for longer term stays, with all the amenities you could need to feel at home away from home!
