There is a parking spot for one car under the carport beside the golf cart, and several other areas to park alongside the street in the front of the house. No parking passes nor amenity passes are necessary here- simply make yourself at home upon arrival.
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed with the first floor combination living room/ common space. Here you will find a first floor pull out couch (queen size mattress), kitchenette, laundry, half bath, as well as a private main floor junior master bedroom and an outdoor patio with pool view and a gas grill for easy meal preparation.
The second floor greets you with a beautiful spacious open kitchen and living area, with a dining table to seat 12 comfortably in addition to the cozy bar seating. Feel free to enjoy a meal or peaceful refreshment while overlooking the swimming pool from the expansive screened in porch.
The second floor also has a half-bath for convenience, as well as an outdoor balcony facing the scenic park area on the front side of the house. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with its gas stove, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, pantry, coffee maker and more.
The third floor boasts an adorable bunk (twin) nook (sleeps 2), an additional king bed bedroom, a fourth bedroom with a set of 4 bunks (twin) with its own walkout balcony, and a grand master suite with its own porch with a stunning view of the pool. The bunk bedroom and the king third floor bedroom share a toilet and bath and shower combination, but has its own vanity for guest convenience. Altogether, the home will comfortably sleep 12.
The home backs up to the expansive community pool and provides a scenic view from all three levels from both the front and back sides of the home.
This amazing home comes with a 6 seater golf cart and 4 beach cruiser bikes as well.
