Our space can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests so bring your friends and family to make memories with you! The beach is feet away, no need to drive anywhere! If you need a break from the waves and sand then come soak up the sun on the 600 ft. pool deck which boasts multiple pools, lazy rivers, kiddie pools, and hot tubs as well as a grill and drinks area.

When soaking in the sun on the pool deck or beach isn’t what you’re after anymore, retreat to our oceanfront condo that boasts a spacious master bedroom with two queen beds, an efficient fully stocked kitchen, a roomy bathroom with jetted tub, and an airy living room with a murphy bed, pull out couch, TV, dining space, and large balcony that stretches the width of the room. A unique feature of our unit is the door that closes the living room (Murphy bed and pullout couch) from the kitchen and bathroom- essentially creating a 2-bedroom unit. The bathroom and entrance to the condo are in the central kitchen area so you can exit for an early morning fishing trip, or a late-night snack without waking the rest of your party.
There is a parking garage onsite so you never have to worry about paying for parking.
Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am. Failure to follow this will result in a $100 fine.
This is a smoke-free resort. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. If smoking is observed, a fine of $100 will be assessed. If a second violation is observed you will be evicted from the space and charged an additional $250. This includes the balcony. If you smoke, please don't book our unit.
15-minute parking is only for 15 minutes. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine. A second violation will incur a $250 fine.
Nothing can be left in the common hallways including shoes, chairs, towels, etc. If items are left in the hallways, you will be charged a fine of $100.
No access to the closest in the kitchen area. A $100 fine will be charged for any tampering.
One set of towels and 2 toilet paper rolls are provided upon check-in. There is no linen service or daily cleaning included with the property. Please plan accordingly.
There are onsite coin-operated washers and dryers on the first floor of the building if you need them.
