Built in 2020 and kept in pristine condition, this house is the perfect blend of fresh coastal design and everyday comfort. From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll feel the care and intention that went into creating a space that’s both stylish and functional, with all the little extras that make a vacation feel just right.

Let’s start with the location! Just a short 15-minute stroll over the 20th Street beach crossover, you’ll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time. You’ll also find yourself within easy walking distance to Veterans Park, one of Oak Island’s most peaceful spaces, perfect for a morning stroll, an afternoon picnic, or simply watching the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Back at the house, you’ll find a bright and breezy open floor plan that makes gathering easy and enjoyable. The entryway flows into a spacious living room where big windows let in tons of natural light and comfy seating invites you to settle in and unwind. Whether you're flipping through a book, enjoying a glass of wine, or catching up on a movie after a beach day, this is a space designed to make you feel at ease.

The kitchen is one of our favorite spots in the house, and we think it might become one of yours, too. It’s modern and sparkling clean, with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large central island that’s perfect for meal prep, snacking, or late-night chats. Everything you need is here: cookware, utensils, dinnerware, even a few thoughtful extras like a blender and a coffee maker to get your mornings started right. You'll find this kitchen is equipped and ready for anything.

The dining area sits just off the kitchen, with a table big enough for family meals, game nights, or even a little laptop time if you’re working remotely (yes, we have fast Wi-Fi!). It’s a great space to connect, eat, laugh, and enjoy good company.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll have three beautifully appointed bedrooms to choose from, each designed with fresh linens, cozy bedding, and a peaceful, uncluttered vibe. The primary suite is a true retreat—with a comfortable king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a gorgeous walk-in shower.

The two additional bedrooms are just as lovely, with queen-sized beds and soft, clean bedding that makes every night feel like a luxury. There’s also a second full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo, great for rinsing off salty skin and sandy feet or soaking in a relaxing bath after a full day of fun.

Step out back and you’ll find a screened-in patio that feels like your own private hideaway. It's the perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, a quiet afternoon read, or a candlelit dinner while the breeze rolls in. The backyard is fully enclosed with a black ornamental fence, so it’s safe for kids to play.
