Beautiful remodel home, major upgrades in the town of Brewster. You will have . New straight stairs, brand new Kitchen, flooring and new gas heating and A/C system. Added duct system in house, all rooms have vents, for A/C and heat. One of the few Units on property (on Cape) with Central A/C (60,000 BTU) , plus gas heat in the cooler months.
Linens provided (Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided. )
This is a beautiful and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in prestige Ocean Edge Resort. Check-in and make yourself at home! Brewster has wonderful amenities at your fingertips beaches, golfing , biking, sup boarding, kayaking and running trails.
Downstairs level contains living room, kitchen, dining, patio and one bedroom with queen and full bathroom.
Upstairs has loft\sleeping area, Master bath and master bathroom, Loft has 2 twin beds. Through loft area into bedroom with King bed and full bath. (Need to walk thru Loft to get to King Bedroom).
Brand new Kitchen, Island add, new cabinets, all new appliances, granite counters, new flooring in kitchen, dining area and living room. New 55 inch flat screen TV.
A/C duct system and gas heat added to entire house. Additional 40 inch flat screen TV in upstairs bedrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher. Enjoy you private patio by cooking outside on the barbecue grill.
This unit includes feature some other units may not. Master bedroom has King bed. A/C entire house , completed renovated kitchen, living room and dining room. Ocean Edge Passes available for a fee, not all unit have this available. We also Include 4 beach chairs, most unit don't include chairs. Beautiful quiet Patio to enjoy a BBQ, coffee or a glass of wine.
