A superb 4-bedroom villa with a fabulous pool and heated spa overlooking the lake and golf course. The area of Rotonda West is a deed-restricted community where quiet streets and well-maintained properties are at its heart. This villa is positioned across a double lot giving a feeling of space and privacy in approximately 1/2 acre of ground. There are books, games, bikes, gas grill, pool toys, beach equipment, and golf clubs, available for guests' convenience. This is a truly superb home-from-home for rent in a fantastic location.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master suites with direct access to the pool area, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, all with large screen cable TVs, and is perfect for two family groups up to a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
The main living area provides a comfortable space for relaxation with a 75” cable TV and views over the pool and lake. A den area also provides additional living space to relax away from the main part of the property with leather recliners and wide screen cable TV, ideal for families with children.
A fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer with a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
There are separate breakfast and dining areas inside the property with a covered lanai for outdoor dining.
The northeast-facing pool area has a large, covered lanai with multiple access points from the villa to the private pool and spa. Roof-mounted solar panels constantly heat the pool and the spa is electrically powered at an extra cost if required. The pool area is well appointed with sun loungers, tables, a large table, 8 chairs for al fresco dining, and unrestricted views over the lake and golf course via the pool cage picture window.
In addition to the two master suite bathrooms, there is an additional family bathroom and a pool bathroom opening onto the lanai area.
