Welcome to Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club! This well-appointed 2 Bedroom/2 Bath villa is your home for your vacation. You’ll enjoy the large open plan that is tastefully furnished for your comfort.
Located on the 5th fairway, your western view will provide you with enjoyment as you take in the course, a lake and beautiful sunsets either on the large screened-in lanai or through the large glass sliding patio doors. The lanai is furnished with a dining table, chairs and two loungers, plus you have the option of outdoor cooking with a gas grill or a Weber charcoal kettle.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast nook with seating for four. This is in addition to a dining area with another table that seats four.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed with new mattress in 2024, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, separate tub, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with new mattress in 2024, guest bathroom with tub/shower and single sink vanity.
The den has a sofa and chair and all the comforts to enjoy lounging in this room which can be used as a retreat or for watching TV. There is another larger TV in the living room, which has a large sectional sofa and two additional club chairs, ensuring plenty of seating for your family and/or guests.
Both TVs offer a variety of streaming services so that you may utilize your existing account to watch your favorite movies and shows.
A two-car garage offers ample parking. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are available for your use.
Forest Hills also offers an additional community pool close by in the quiet, private neighborhood. Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club includes an updated clubhouse and restaurant, Har-Tru tennis facility, well-equipped fitness center and additional club pool and spa.
