I have just purchased this 7th floor 2 bedroom unit. I do have a 1 bedroom advertised on VRBO as well and you can read my reviews, 13- 5 STARS over the last year as well as read what other vacationers have to say about the complex! Property # 506076.
Welcome to Paradise! A PRIVATE island oasis with gated access and 24 hr security; minutes from Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches. This is a 7th floor condo of Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club, overlooking the private bay and Olympic size heated pool! FREE WI-FI throughout unit as well as 2 dvd players, New 55 inch Flat screen in Living Room plus 32 inch in Master bedroom w/ HD cable!
Complex also has private bay with white sand private beach and mile long Nature Trail right along the gulf!
This unit has been completely remodeled and freshly painted!
The spacious master bedroom boasts a private entrance to the balcony overlooking The Gulf of Mexico!
Both Bedrooms have full baths with NEW granite countertops and sinks! See pics!
Living room has couch has a queen size pull out bed, and 12 foot wide sliders which walk right onto the balcony and give an impeccable open view of the Gulf of Mexico!
Unit also has built in Reverse Osmosis water filtration so no bad Florida water taste here! ( No need to buy and carry jugs of water).
There is Plenty to do in the area with multiple Malls, parks, mini golf and even many 18 hole golf courses and great restaurants all Close by! Also close to the Bonati Spine institute, this is an ideal place to recuperate and re-charge your batteries.
The clubhouse for this particular unit has a library and Game Room with full size pool table, ping pong, fuss ball, chess, checkers and even a full size poker table.
The clubhouse Is a BEAUTIFUL VENUE overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on one side and a saltwater canal going into the Gulf on the other! It has plenty of parking ad can be rented for a very reasonable price! It seats over 100 people so you can entertain multiple guests! Clubhouse also has a full size bar with all the utensils you need to through a party!. Plenty of Countertop Space to hold Hot and Cold trays (Catering)
There are also 2 work out rooms with weight lifting machines and multiple treadmills, elliptical machines and other various cardio equipment.
The view and fantastic Florida sunsets cannot be put into words, but must be seen and experienced for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed!
