After a long climb up 90 stairs (yes, 90!) you’ll be greeted by stunning lake views from the family room, dining and full kitchen on the 2nd level. On the 1st level you’ll find a large queen room with a small desk for remote work, washer/dryer, walk out patio and lake views, a bunk room offering two sets of bunk twin beds, washer/dryer, and a full bathroom with separate 2nd sink area. Level 3 has a large, private, primary suite with large jacuzzi style tub, full bathroom and panoramic views of Lake Michigan.
Year round activities in one of the most beautiful areas in the country are plenty. You can enjoy climbing dunes at popular sites like Sleeping Bear Point, Pyramid Point, the Dune Climb and Pierce Sticking drive. Enjoy water sports on Glen Lake and Lake Michigan with rentals available in Glen Arbor. Golf on property or nearby Manitou Passage. Kayak, canoe, or fish on the Crystal or Platte Rivers. Relax on the beautiful sandy beaches of Glen Haven, Sleeping Bear and Harbor Bays. Play a game of basketball or tennis in downtown Glen Arbor or nearby Empire. Due to the amount of stairs to the unit, those that struggle with mobility will have a difficult time. Unit is not handicapped accessible. No air conditioning , unit has many ceiling fans, window fans, and cool lake breezes as no extra charge. During winter months a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to the steep climb of the drive up.
