Casa Azul has been completely renovated in 2022/2023 (as listed when built) for your comfort and enjoyment. Have a backyard pool get together or chill and relax with family and friends. This impressive 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home features a brand new kitchen, bar and eating area, large family room for gathering around smart tv or games, as well as an in-ground heated swimming pool. (Note: there is a separate charge of $50 per day paid 3 days in advance before check in if wanting heated pool and hot tub option included) Outdoor covered dining area. The outdoor backyard oasis is sure to delight as you enjoy the sunny Florida days and warm relaxing nights. Enjoy the high end outdoor Bluetooth speakers while you relax poolside. Plenty of seating, pool, and additional outdoor bar make for a spontaneous get together or backyard zen. This home has all the amenities, sleeps 8 comfortably, and is fully stocked with all the kitchen and bedroom essentials so you only need to pack your swimsuits and flip flops!
When staying at Casa Azul in it’s quaint neighborhood of trendy South Tampa, you will have the convenience of being just minutes away from stores, restaurants, all major sporting events and many desired destinations. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Many amazing beach destinations are only 15 to 30 minutes away. When visiting Florida and Casa Azul you’ll be excited to know that all within 15 to 30 minutes are St. Petersburg, Safety Harbor, and Clearwater Beach. Sarasota is another great destination about 45 minutes to one hour away. Should you like long walks or runs were just minutes from famous an scenic Bayshore where scenic water views, country club living comes to life.
We’re just a 10 to 15 minute trip to trendy downtown Tampa.
