The south-facing villa is located on a luxury and peaceful ground, 200 m away from the beach and 1 km away from the city. It has a heated pool and a perfectly maintained garden with trees. Within just a couple of minutes walking, you have access to the beach (200 metres). The botanical garden of Sainte-Maxime, full of remarkable Mediterranean essences, is only 150 metres away. The city of Sainte-Maxime, with its typically Provencal town centre is a 1-km walk away. It features a casino, a large number of restaurants, a private harbour and beaches, and all of the useful shopping facilities.
