This stylish split-level house with cathedral ceilings is the perfect combination of spaciousness for gatherings and 2 levels of floor space for privacy. The main level features an open floor concept for the kitchen, breakfast room and great room-with a 70" smart TV visible from all rooms and has a "Tiger" themed decor. The great room has sliding glass doors leading to a deck for grilling and relaxing under the trees. Completing the main level is a master bedroom with ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom, and another full bathroom. Downstairs you will rest in the oversized 3rd bedroom; furnished with 2 queen beds, smart TV and fireplace. The oversized laundry/mud room features a full bathroom with shower, utility closet for washer and dryer, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The flagstone patio features 4 Adirondack chairs and a fenced in yard with total privacy for relaxing under the trees.
