Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Having two separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms made getting ready in the mornings much easier. We also appreciated the laundry setup—the drying rack was a nice addition.

Negative: The towel situation is a major issue; the "bath towels" provided are essentially large hand towels. Even after we messaged the owner, they didn't respond until the next day, only to tell us the "large" towels were next to the sink. To be clear, those are NOT large towels—they aren't even medium-sized and could barely wrap around my children. On top of that, no pool towels are provided, and charge for extras if asked. The climate control was equally disappointing. The AC is restricted to high temperatures and is programmed to shut off in the middle of the night, meaning the place never actually gets cool and you have to wake up just to turn it back on. Furthermore, the hot tub was broken when we arrived. Staff on-site couldn't figure out how to get it working, and the owner only messaged the next day to claim it was just "turned off." Between these issues and the very limited food options nearby, the stay was far more work than a vacation should be.
