This is a great unit for a traveler that wants a more personal experience than a hotel.
The Bed; it is a full XL hybrid mattress, memory foam and springs. We supply clean sheets and towels plus bed pillows.
Private bathroom with Shower, no tub. Clean towels, shampoo and soap provided.
Kitchen; Mini fridge, microwave and stove in the kitchen. If you cook, please limit it to light meals, no smoke, grease or odors.
We own and occupy the house so you will know people in the neighborhood already. This is part of our house but you will have your own apartment with full privacy to come come and go as you like. It's located in a great old brownstone that was built in 1909. We spent a lot of time keeping the original charm in the building while upgrading to the current standards. If you have not experienced today's Harlem you are missing out on something special. Mostly everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and moved here for the revitalization.
Local Area; There is a small store on the corner for drinks, sandwiches and quick items you may need.

We have the house cleaned by a professional service after every guest to make sure everything is up to par. Every guest always has a thoroughly cleaned room; This includes sheets, linens, bathroom etc. So you know you are coming to a clean and ready place. The cleaning fee includes cleanings every two weeks. These cleanings are the same as we do between guests, fresh sheets, towels, clean the unit and bathroom, resupply soaps, paper products etc.
