This unique modern top floor apartment which is furnished and decorated to a high standard is located in the Vale Pedras area of Albufeira.
It is quite different from most apartments both in its décor and layout giving a really homely but contemporary feeling.
The living accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite), which share a walk through dressing / wardrobe area running the width of the apartment, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped modern kitchen and a good size lounge/diner which opens out onto a covered terrace, leading up to the private roof top terrace.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lounge. Free Wi-Fi is provided and there is an internet TV system with both Portuguese and English speaking channels.
The private roof top terrace is huge with views towards the sea and the surrounding area. It provides a complete outside living space with a comfortable sofa and chairs, rocking sun loungers and BBQ (charcoal). This is accessed from the apartment covered terrace via a flight of steps.
There is a shared swimming pool and 4 sun beds and umbrella are supplied for the sole use of our guests.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor serviced by a lift. There is a private underground car parking with 2 allocated parking spaces
Within comfortable walking distance there are a couple of excellent restaurants, along with some cafes. The Old Town is about a 30 minute walk and the Strip about 20 minutes.
The apartment offers a home from home atmosphere and is an ideal base both from where to explore the Algarve (the main road serving the Algarve being only a few minutes’ drive away) and also to spend time closer to home.
