This casual and inviting beach house abutts 100 acres of west facing preserve. Phenomenal sunrises and sunsets await you. This fenced in Dog friendly Property is in excess of 3.6 acres of private enjoyment. Lob some golf balls or just a soccer, baseball game! The house has has 3 master suites, with en suite bathrooms, each master sits in a different part of the house offering the ultimate in privacy, two bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi tubs. Each master bedroom has flat screen tv. 2 children's rooms with twin beds/double bed. All rooms have views of the farm fields! There are 3 separate living areas and a gigantic playroom/rec room/bonus room perfect for the kids, teens and folks that like to watch sports, playroom/bonus room is equipped with 2 queen beds as well as a large couch. The house is approximately 4000 sq ft. There is a large outdoor deck area 1500sf for festive dinners and entertaining. This house is decorated in a shabby chic style, with fine linens and dishware. Appliances are chef grade top of the line. This is by far one of the most welcoming houses you will find for your vacation in the Hampton's.
Watermill is equidistant to Southampton or Bridgehampton. Watermill center is a small but chic hamlet with great restaurants, gyms and farm stands. The local beaches are flying point and Scott Cameron. A season pass will allow access to all Southampton town beaches, including Sag Harbor and Saggaponack.
