The wonderful villa can accomodate up to 14 people in an idyllic setting, just few minutes from the beach in Saint-Tropez. She offers a beautiful garden and generous terraces with dining and lounge areas, one private heated pool and one fitness room with sauna. On the ground floor there are a living room, a television room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms sharing one bathroom; each bedroom has an access to outdoor, terrace or patio. The master bedroom with dressing, en-suite bathroom and private balcony is on the upper level. On this level there are also two bedrooms with balcony and en-suite bathrooms. A summerhouse located in the garden offers two bedrooms and one bathroom to share. Next to the pool there is a pool house with fitness room, sauna and toilet. The villa includes a closed garage for one car and a carport for 3 more cars.
