This professionally decorated home has every well-planned detail for your comfort and pleasure.

This delightful home is centrally located to all that Sarasota has to offer in the artistic Sapphire Shores - Indian Beach neighborhood. Convenient to the beaches and St. Armand's Circle. Only a 11-min walk to the famous John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, the Asolo Theatre 7 short drive to the Mote Marine - and less than 5 miles to Sarasota's many downtown restaurants, shops and nightlife. Sarasota Jungle Garden is less than a mile away! Lido Key beach about 15 minutes. Siesta Key Beach 30 minutes. Indian Beach is a beautiful neighborhood overlooking Sarasota Bay.

Wake up to quiet mornings out on your private screened lanai sipping on your favorite coffee drink. The green and lush professionally landscaped surroundings are sure to make you smile. No snow to shovel here! With prior approval bring your well-behaved fur baby and enjoy the fenced-in yard and lovely neighborhood to walk about. Approved dogs will require an additional fee.
Our home has been tastefully renovated with great touches like crown moldings and tray ceilings as well as many built-ins and custom finishes that will make you feel right at home. Custom pantry with pull out drawers make life easy. The large open kitchen has new solid stone counter tops, large island with pull out drawers with brand new cookware to prepare all your favorite meals at home and dine al fresco. Included are new stainless appliances including a Samsung stainless dishwasher, large French door Samsung stainless refrigerator with quick water access on front door, snack drawer and bottom freezer, stainless/black trimmed oven with glass top and built-in stainless microwave. New white cabinets with glass front doors, large white farmers sink with pot filler type kitchen faucet, under cabinet lighting and much more.
Off the kitchen is a large dining table with chairs and large built-in bench seating plus two bar seats at the kitchen island. To the right is a large den area with a queen sleeper sofa and 50" wall mounted Sony flat screen TV and a corner desk for when you must check in with life at home. Off the den are sliders to the enclosed pool and spa that includes an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue propane grill, small refrigerator, grill utensils and stainless drawers for those outdoor pool barbecues with family and friends! Bar seating for two with granite counter top and large dining table for 6 make the outdoor kitchen & lanai a great place to hang out in the afternoons or anytime you please. Enjoy the outdoors for all your meals at your home away from home.
Off the den is the master with a king bed, built-in custom dresser, a door leading out to your enclosed lanai for quiet mornings with your first cup of joe. You'll love the large en-suite bathroom with natural light, dual sinks and lots of space that make it easy for both to get ready at the same time for those nights out on the town.
There is also a good size living room (with seating for 8) decorated in 50's retro furnishings in bright blues and greens. Very clean and cheerful. Enjoy family time watching movies on the mounted 55" Sony TV with Infinity speaker, basic Cable/WiFi all included. There’s even a Bose speaker to play all your favorite music from your phone.
