We’re located in a strategic location, 7min drive to Miami Beach, 20min drive to South Beach, 15min drive to Bal Harbour Shops, 20min drive to Miami Design District, 25min drive to Downtown Miami.
-PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami.
-FREE TROLLEY RIDE: Nearest stop is right outside the building (Island Market).

-As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to provide that service at an extra cost if needed.
-The building has 2 elevators; you must register at front desk at check-in in order to go up.
-There is a one time resort fee of $15/ per person +taxes (if you pay with credit card there is extra 4% fee)
-Parking permit must be displayed on the dash at all times or car will be towed at owners expense. (must register at front desk)

The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10pm -10 am on weekends.
