The SeaTurtle @ Ashworth Place is a beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath 1,500 sq. foot condo that will be rented out as a 2 bed/1.5 bath condo when we, the owners, are not occupying it. The master bedroom/bathroom will be locked with our belongings. It is located one block from the beach and within walking distance to the playground, top restaurants, bars and attractions that are open year-round. The condo is a top corner unit on the second and third floors of a 32-unit condo complex, which provides a community elevator and security system. There is an abundance of space and natural light. The storage closet is packed with all your beach necessities so you can travel light. It offers a remote workspace, central air and heat, a cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter nights, a fully stocked kitchen, a common courtyard and two complimentary covered parking spots to name a few. The private top-floor balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset and offers gorgeous views of the ocean, river, and harbor. The condo comes fully furnished with sea turtle décor and painted in beautiful sea colors throughout which allows you to fully immerse yourself while you are at the ocean. You will not be disappointed! For stays over 28 days, a security deposit of $500 will be required as well as any amount over $75/month for the utility bill will be the renter's responsibility.
