This holiday flat is on the 3rd. (and top) floor of a building in which are also small shops and a restaurant, right on the beach in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. All the windows have sea views. The balcony with western exposure invites you to while away the evening watching a gorgeous sunset.

The beach is in front of the house and behind it is the promenade which is of course a pedestrian zone in the summer (vehicles are only allowed to load and unload) The free beach is just in front of the house. The owners offer the possiblity to use their private dunes which are in the northern part of Marina di Castagneto. This 10,000m² strip of coastland is partly a fenced in botanical garden in which plants, flowers and dune vegetation can be found along a didactic path. The aim is to protect and preserve these plants that are partially threatened with extinction. Here you will find natural dunes of up to 10 metres high in which rare plants grow - the plants alternate with the sandy areas, where there are wonderful hollows for sunbathing. The vegetation makes it the most interesting place for children to play in!
These sand dunes are a part of the untouched nature that is rigorously protected. On request we offer a guided tour of about an hour, where you will be shown the flora and have it explained. Didactic material is also available. Now the Moscardini family have tables and benches made from drift wood put there for their guests. Water and lights are also provided.

The 5 windows and the furnishings give light to the flat. The kitchenette is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, German and Italian coffee makers. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, a satellite TV, a table for 6 and a sun shade on the balcony. There is a lift in the building. For the colder months there is a catalytic furnace. Vito and Rosanna offer free of charge a car parking space on the grounds of the house Villa Pineta which is lockable.
The entrance from the stairway leads directly into the living room, from which the kitchen is slightly apart. A small seating area is made up of 2 arm- chairs and a sofa-bed, which, when made up, takes up a lot of room. In another part of the room next to the kitchenette is a dining table for 6 people. Entering the living room one finds 2 windows and a door leading to the 10m² balcony which looks over the sea. Along a short corridor is a bathroom with bath and a bedroom in which are a single and a double bed which can also be divided into 2 singles.
